No, it is NOT a ponzi scheme or a get rich quick scheme or HYIP system. It is a company that uses crowdfunded funds to invest in real estate projects after which the investors are paid profits on investments made.

How do you cash out/Withdraw profits
Withdrawals are in 3 folds
1. Member to Member which can be done *anytime* you wish as long as you have someone to transfer the funds to his wallet while you credit his bank account.
2. Bank Withdrawal This is where your withdrawals are paid directly to your bank account and can be done between 25th-30th of every month. It takes 10 Working days for your bank to be credited as it’s international transfers that is made.
3. Withdrawal in Bitcoin this is also done between 25th-30th of every month and takes 10 Working days for you blockchain address to be credited with your funds.
